Maz and Ayesha are so professional with their clients and it helps that he understands the needs of cabin crew. There were 11 of us and yet he made sure every single one of us needs were met. Hungry? He's got snacks and water and his car. Cold? He has extra jackets in case you forgot to bring yours. He even has umbrellas for unexpected rain.
Maz was personal and it was as If we had known him for long when we sat down to have lunch together.
At some point I was so tired I wanted to go back to the hotel but my colleagues wanted to do some shopping. Maz dropped them off and took me back to the hotel before going back to pick them up.
